Terms & Conditions

Booking confirmation received
5 % compensation for delays of more than 2 days
15 % compensation for delays of 3 – 5 days
25 % compensation for delays of 6 – 12 days
50 % compensation for delays over 13 days
Compensation based on ocean freight rate CY/CY
Exceptions: strike, force majeure, unpredictable circumstances

Service Guarantee

Guaranteed transit time of 28 days from container closing at origin up to arrival at NOSTA Chicago warehouse.
