Owner-run company in 2nd Generation

With almost 40 years at the top of the owner-run company, Andrea Gallenkamp moved to NOGA GmbH as Managing Director. Her son, Nicolas Gallenkamp, has since filled her former position as Executive Partner at NOSTA Holding GmbH. Mr Marcus Thoben is the COO. He takes care of personnel development and administration, the NOSTA Academy and the general structure and process organisation of the group. The Managing Director of NOSTA Holding GmbH, Mr Thomas Müller, who as CFO manages the areas of commercial administration, finance and controlling complements the team.

There are currently insufficient agreements in the negotiations between the European Union and the United Kingdom as to how to govern economic relations between the two economic areas. A so-called hard Brexit is to be expected. In this case, extensive customs procedures are necessary for the movement of goods.
